1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) within 10 business days.

Processing Time:

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Soloumbrella will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.
