1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 3–7 business days
  • Total delivery time: 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST).

  • Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@soloumbrella.shop.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unplanted
  • Free from soil, water, or damage
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Used or planted pots and planters are not eligible for return.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

Pots & planters are fragile items. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Do you accept exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
